Helping keep everyone safe

The Australian Government has started to implement their Coronavirus Emergency Response Plan. The aim of this plan is to reduce the risk of the Coronavirus spreading from person to person in Australia.

Inclusion Support QLD is limiting face to face contact at this time to help keep everyone safe. We will continue to support services and educators by responding to all inclusion requests via email, phone appointments and Skype meetings. Inclusion Professionals continue to be available to support you.

Please continue to contact your Inclusion Professional for any support required

Inclusion Support Qld

KU Children’s Services and Cairns and District Child Care Development Association Inc are proud to deliver Inclusion Agency services across Queensland as part of the new Inclusion Support Program.

Regional Inclusion Hubs across Queensland provide free tailored support to early childhood education and care services through:
  • On-site visits to observe and discuss service's strengths, challenges and barriers to inclusion
  • Supporting educators to analyse policies, programs and practices and to reflect on changes that can be made to support inclusion
  • Providing practical advice, strategies and possible solutions to inclusion barriers
  • Facilitating the development of Strategic Inclusion Plans that identify strategies for change and growth.

Inclusion Professionals will support educators to learn more about what inclusion is, access program supports and cultural diversity. We support all Australian Government funded services including LDC, FDC, OSHC, Vacation Care, Mobile and Budget Based Funded services.

Inclusion Support QLD has a network of Inclusion Hubs in Cairns, Townsville, Mackay, Rockhampton, Hervey Bay, Sunshine Coast, Brisbane North, Brisbane South, Logan/Redlands, Toowoomba and Gold Coast. To access inclusion support for your service, please contact us.
